Founder’s Note
We didn’t set out to start a company. We just loved makeup.
From passing gloss in the back of cabs to swapping lipstick recs in office bathrooms, makeup was always how we showed up for ourselves and for each other.
Her-Kin came from those conversations. From that friendship. From a need for formulas that felt like they understood us. Light, clean, honest makeup that made you feel something without hiding anything.
We made Her-Kin the way you’d make something for your closest friend: with care, with love, with all the things we wished existed.
